Important Information for all Party Bookings
MINIMUM: of 8 players for all Party bookings
AGE: 8+ Minimum age for a party child is 7 (celebrating their 8th birthday)
FOOTWEAR: ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR ONLY! Code Red WILL refuse entry to play if inappropriate footwear is worn. No thongs, no sandals.
PARENTS: At least one parent is to remain at Code Red for the duration of the party. Due to the limited space at Code Red, there may not be room for more than 2 parents and the party guests to remain on the premises.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is to be paid at the time of booking. Your time will only be guaranteed when a deposit has been paid.
ARENA: There is a maximum of 30 players within the Arena at any one time. Be careful with your numbers. We may have other parties booked at similar times, so be careful to stay as close to the number you originally booked with us.
GUEST LIST: We need final numbers confirmed. What you confirm is what you pay for. Please ensure you fax your guest list no later than the Tuesday prior to the party.
FOOD: Your pizza & drink selection must be made no later than the Tuesday prior to the party.
ARRIVAL TIME: We suggest you invite your guest's 5-10 mins prior to the start of your scheduled party time. Your party begins with 15 minutes in the Arcade Area before beginning your first Laser Mission. All missions must start on time and we are unable to wait for guests that are late or refund any missed missions.
PAYMENT: A full single payment is to be made before the party starts.
SHARE THE FUN: Code Red Missions, Arcade Games & Party Areas are not exclusive during parties.
PARTY AREA: Use of the Party Area is reserved for 40 minutes only for Pizza & Cake and is not exclusive use.
CODE RED GAME DURATION: All games last for 15 minutes. A new game starts every 20 minutes.
UPON ARRIVAL: All invoices should be settled PRIOR to the party. Once you've registered, make yourself comfortable within Code Red & we will make sure your guests are greeted & know what to do.
VALUABLES: Your guests will be moving around often for the duration of the party. For the security and comfort of the players, Code Red provides secure lockers at no cost to the players, however, a $10 refundable deposit will be taken per locker.
